Upon creating an Account with our service, you consent to receiving newsletters, marketing, promotional materials, and any other information we may send. Nonetheless, you have the option to opt out from receiving any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send.
Subscription Details
Portions of the Service may require a subscription ("Subscription(s)"), billed on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles can be monthly or annually, depending on your chosen Subscription plan.
Without cancellation, Subscriptions renew automatically under the same terms at the end of each Billing Cycle. You can cancel your Subscription renewal through the FeaturesVote customer support team.
To process your Subscription payment, a valid payment method, such as a credit card, must be provided. You must supply FeaturesVote with complete and accurate billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method details. By providing this payment information, you authorize FeaturesVote to charge all incurred Subscription fees to your payment method.
In the event of a billing failure, FeaturesVote will send an electronic invoice with details on how to manually complete payment within a specified timeframe.
Trial Period
At its discretion, FeaturesVote may offer a Subscription with a free trial period ("Free Trial").
Signing up for the Free Trial may require entering your billing information.
You will not be charged by FeaturesVote until the Free Trial ends. At the conclusion of the Free Trial, unless you have cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the appropriate Subscription fees for your chosen Subscription.
FeaturesVote reserves the right to modify or cancel the Free Trial offer at any time without notice.
Adjustments to Fees
FeaturesVote reserves the right to alter Subscription fees at any time, at its sole discretion. Any change in Subscription fees will be effective after the current Billing Cycle ends.
A reasonable notice will be provided prior to any fee changes, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect.
Continuing to use the Service after fee changes means you consent to the new Subscription fees.
Refund Policy
FeaturesVote may consider refund requests for Subscriptions on a case-by-case basis and grant them at its sole discretion.
Ownership of Content
The Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and make available specific information, texts, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are accountable for the Content you share on or through the Service, ensuring it is legal, reliable, and appropriate.
By sharing Content on or through the Service, you affirm that: (i) you own the Content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as stipulated in these Terms, and (ii) your Content does not infringe on any person's or entity's rights. We may terminate accounts that infringe copyright.
You maintain ownership of any rights to the Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service and are responsible for protecting those rights. However, by posting Content, you grant us the license to use, modify, publicly perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content. This license allows us to make your Content accessible to other Service users, who may also use your Content under these Terms.
While FeaturesVote has the right to monitor and edit Content, it is not obliged to do so.
Content found on or through this Service is the property of FeaturesVote or used with permission. You may not use this Content for commercial purposes without obtaining permission from us.
Account Management
You assert that you are over 18 years old and that the information you provide us is truthful, complete, and up-to-date. False, incomplete, or outdated information may lead to immediate account termination.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password confidentiality, restricting access to your devices and account. You accept responsibility for all activities or actions under your account and/or password. Notify us immediately upon any unauthorized account use or security breach.
Your username must not infringe on another's rights or be offensive, vulgar, or obscene. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and remove or edit content at our discretion.

Service Termination

To terminate your account, simply discontinue using the Service.
Terms intended to survive termination will remain in effect post-termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We may modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Should changes be significant, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. Sole discretion will be used to define a significant change.
